Users can request a ride instantly or book in advance through the App. All ride requests are subject to availability and confirmation by JSC Transport.
Payment for rides can be made online through the App using the provided payment methods. By using our services, you authorize JSC Transport to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
The fare for each ride is calculated based on various factors, including distance, time, and demand. Users will be provided with an estimated fare before confirming their ride request or booking.
Users may cancel their ride request or booking, subject to a cancellation fee of 50%, which varies based on the timing of the cancellation.
JSC Transport drivers are required to adhere to professional standards of conduct at all times. If you encounter any issues with a driver's behavior, please report it to us immediately.
Users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using our services. Any misuse of the App or violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in account suspension or termination.
JSC Transport is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or vehicle malfunctions.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
